Jose “Joe” Chavez, III, 38, of New Braunfels, TX, passed away on November 9, 2015. He was born the eldest son of Jose Chavez, Sr. and Susie Chavez. He is survived by his wife Dahlia Chavez; and children Isaac, Shianne, and Aliana; brothers, Santos and wife Christy, their children Delilah, Nathan, and Chris; Michael and his children Jeremiah, Marissa, Gabriel, and Quelinda; and numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, & nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents. Joe loved his family more than anything and he had a passion for cars, something he passed on to his son. He was a beloved husband, father, brother and friend to all who knew him. He is loved dearly and will be missed.
Public Visitation will begin 5:00 PM Thursday at Zoeller Funeral Home with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM. Funeral Mass will be held 9:00 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church with burial to follow in Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery.
