To the family of Joseph Armendariz,
I feel your pain and I know how hard this is for you. When there is a lost of a young child before his time. You just don't understand why. You ask yourself's so many question's and still no real answer's. I did the same thing. Till I did get some answer from our Lord. Our children weren't really our's, they were lent to us by our Lord. Till it was time to call them back home. See he missed them just like we will miss our children. As I found out that there not really gone. All the time they lived with us they made us so many special memories to keep in our Hearts for us to cherish them forever. When you feel as if you just miss him so much, just look up at the sky and..... you will see his beautiful smile looking rigt back at you. My Primo's Joe & Susan Joseph being your only grandson, just remember when he would tell you how much he Loved you. And for his parents who saw him grow up, his first step. Well, you showed him how to walk and how to be a strong & good young man those beautiful and precious moments you spend with him. How bless were you to have him . OH, as time goes by, it isn't going to make it any better, it's not. Mejia has being gone since March 5TH, 2008 and it still feels like yesterday. So, parents and both grandparents, uncles, aunt and cousin's need a hug from him, hug each other; respect will definitely coutiue to be appreciate by Joseph. My Love and prayers are with you all. To the parents, I to had mejia burried with her grandparent Mr. & Mrs. Jose Y Susana Armendariz in El Paso, TX . I really do feel all your pain . God bless.

Joseph, I don't know when the last time I talked to you was, or if we ever saw each other around school, but I remember sitting with you at lunch every day of 7th grade and thinking about what a genuinely nice person you were. It makes me sad that such a great person has passed away, but I really think that you made a positive impact on all of the lives you touched. You were always true to yourself, and I've never forgotten all of your kindnesses. We were all very lucky to know you.

God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be. So He put His arms around you and whispered "come to me." With tearful eyes we watched you, and saw you pass away. Although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hardworking hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best.
Words cannot even begin to express our sorrow.
Lean on us, your friends for strength, and always remember how much you are cared about. You all are like family and we are here for you.

I was lucky enough to have Joseph in my Cougar Time classes since his freshman year of high school. I loved getting to know him, and watching him grow and mature. The loss of such a lovable, funny, intelligent, and talented young man, is nothing short of a tragedy. I cannot find words enough to express my grief and dismay. I am so very sorry for your loss. I pray that the Lord will grant your family the peace that passes all understanding, and the serenity that comes with knowing that we will see Joseph again in eternity.
