She is survived by her husband, Tony Wisdom of New Braunfels; sons, Travis Wisdom of New Braunfels and Tommy Wisdom of St. Paul, MN; daughter, Rachele Lawhon of Somerville, SC.; grandsons, Bryce Lawhon and Hunter Wisdom; sisters, Cindy Allerkamp of San Antonio and Kathy Stevens of Ft. Worth and brother, Ray Taylor of Odessa. Karen was preceded in death by her parents, 1st Sgt. Joe Gore and Gladys Gore and by two grandsons.
Visitation begins at 8:00 a.m. Friday at the Zoeller Funeral Home and continues until service time. Services will be Friday, January 21, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at the Zoeller Funeral Home. Interment will follow at 3:00 p.m. at the Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park.
The family has requested that memorial contributions be given to Edenhill Communities, 631 Lakeview Blvd, New Braunfels, Texas 78130.
