Lana S. Arguello, 36, of New Braunfels, received a divine healing as she went home to be with her Heavenly Father on Monday, August 27, 2012. She departed this earth at her residence surrounded by her husband, children and loved ones. Lana was a Godly woman who was an inspiration to so many lives through her amazing faith, joy and love. She spent the last two and a half years of her earthly life fighting a courageous battle against cancer with an abundance of strength. Lana touched the lives of so many people through her love for the Lord and her joy for life. Even in her final days she continued to request the presence of friends and family to surround her with love and laughter. Lana will be greatly missed but will continue to live on through all the new friendships that she helped create. She was born to Elmer Greer and Peggy (Redmand) Greer on Annapolis, Maryland on November 29, 1975. Lana leaves behind her loving husband, Chester L. Arguello of New Braunfels; children, Damara Perez of NE, Dezman Arguello of WY; Dimitri Perez and Deja Arguello both of New Braunfels; mother and step-father, Peggy and Raymond Marrom of New Braunfels, father, Elmer Greer of Maryland; sister, Janet Hambrecth of New Braunfels, brothers, Eric Greer and Matthew Greer both of MD; a nieces and nephews along with 3 grandchildren.
Public visitation will begin 5:00 PM Friday at Zoeller Funeral Home and will continue until 9:00 PM. Funeral Services will be held 10:00 Saturday, September 1, 2012 at Dayspring Christian Fellowship with Pastor Phil Count officiating. Interment will follow in Hill Country Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be given to Dayspring Christian Fellowship New Braunfels.
