Our beloved mother (Nana) Margarita Gomez went to be with the Lord on October 16, 2010, at the age of 80, born on June 14, 1931 in Salvina Neuevo Lion, Mexico. She was preceded in death by her parents Pablo and Julia Munoz, and her great grandson Matthew John Gomez, Jr. She is survived by her ex-husband Rodolfo Gomez and his wife Connie; daughters Elizabeth Gomez, Elsa Gomez, Gracie Turner and her husband John, Rubi Gomez; grandchildren Roman A. Gomez, Matthew J. Gomez, Nick A. Gomez, Taylor M. Gomez, Hannah E. Turner, Julia Turner, Sophia Turner, Lillie Turner, Amanda Nelson, Triston Gill, Elijah Putzier; great-grandchildren Destiny Gomez, Matthew Gomez, Jr. and Caleb Gomez. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at 11 AM Saturday, October 23, 2010 at Dayspring Christian Fellowship, 1895 S. Walnut Ave., New Braunfels, Texas 78130.
