Mary Frances Campbell

Mary Frances Campbell of New Braunfels, TX passed away Thursday, March 16, 2023 at the age of 96. She was born in Mexia, Texas on June 22, 1926. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Elaine and Dow Beaver; her husband of 61 years, Charles L. Campbell; daughter, Frances Gail Horton; and son, Billy Charles Campbell. She is survived by her granddaughter, Jennifer Gail Horton-Morgan and husband, David; and great grandson, Clay T. Morgan. Mary was a member of First Baptist Church of New Braunfels. She enjoyed playing dominoes, especially 42. When she was younger she worked for the US Navy and christened a ship during WWII. She will always be remembered for being a good and loyal friend. She was honest in her opinion and unafraid to speak her mind. A Visitation for Mary will be held Thursday, March 23, 2023 from 5-8:00 pm at Zoeller Funeral Home, 615 Landa St. New Braunfels, TX. 78130. The Funeral Service will be Friday, March 24, 2023 at 10:00 am at Zoeller Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park, 2951 TX-46 New Braunfels, TX. 78130. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
