Melba worked for Detex for 25 years. She served at the Comal County Fairgrounds for over 30 years and was a member of the League of United Latin American Citizens for over 10 years. Melba loved barbecuing for the family and watching football, especially her Dallas Cowboys. She especially loved any time she was able to spend with her family and friends.
Melba is survived by her wife Diana Ochoa, daughter Felicia D'Andrea Flores, son Albert Guerrero, step son David Vega, step daughter Delilah Vega, grandchildren Melenie Ivy Aleman, Nadia Yzabella Aleman, Andres Aristeo Jesus Baily.
Melba is preceded in death by her parents Jose and Enedina Villarreal.
A public funeral service and visitation will be held at Zoeller Funeral Home, 615 Landa St, New Braunfels, Texas 78130, on April 2, 2026, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
