Ora Lee Frazier Winters born in Gonzales, Texas, December 22, 1917, passed away November 15, 2013. She married Charles Harrison Winters, Jr. in March 1939, who preceded her in death in January 1983. Her survivors include Carl and Ceil Winters, Charles and Bonnie Winters, and Kathy and Rick Rothe; 6 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews. She was a resident of Canyon Lake, Texas for 35 years. In lieu of flowers the family appreciates memorials to Cranes Mill Baptist Church, 10215 FM 2673 Canyon Lake, Texas 78133. Funeral services will be Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at 10:30 am at Cranes Mill Baptist Church at Canyon Lake, Texas. Graveside services will be Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at 2:30 pm at San Fernando Cemetery #3 in San Antonio, Texas.
