Patricia Jeanie Jean Otten

Patricia “Jeanie” Otten, 69, of New Braunfels, Texas passed away on Monday, April 8, 2013 at the Northeast Baptist Hospital in San Antonio, Texas. She was born to Raymond Edgar Taylor and Lois Arlene (Jordan) Tayor on March 29, 1944 in San Antonio, Texas. Over the years Jeanie worked for several companies. She worked for Royal Insurance Company, the Law Offices of Pat Maloney and for Chase Mortgage. She was a member of Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church and enjoyed spending her past-time with family and friends, working crossword puzzles, cooking and gardening.

She is survived by her husband, Michael “Mike” Otten of New Braunfels;son, Jeffrey Michael Otten and wife Kandy of New Braunfels; daughter, Wendy Lynn Otten of Austin TX; sister, Carolyn Hall and husband Paul of Houston; brothers, John Taylor of Kerrville, TX, Donald Taylor and wife Beverly of San Antonio and David Taylor and wife Rhonda of Somerset, TX; grandchildren Jerald Jourden, Amanda Jourden, Tyler Otten; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by parents; and sister, Cherry Hall.

Public Visitation will begin 5:00 PM Sunday at Zoeller Funeral Home with a Vigil/Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM. Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 AM Monday, April 15, 2013 at Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church.
