I just received an email here in France from Peter's Uncle Leonard; I am so sad to learn of Peter's death.  I loved him as a tiny child and I remember well my last time with him in Austin when he and Paul entertained me with their wonderful singing and smiles. I found out about Peter through a friend of mine Shirley Shaw, who is a friend of Sister Wilson, which is the mother of Peter.  Shirley Shaw told me much wonderful things concerning this young man of God.  I am really impressed with his Godly views, and the way that he became a Sabbath Keeper!!  He is truly a man of God!

He was a very bright and wonderful person to know and I am very glad to have had the pleasure to meet and know him, its sad that I will never get to his his precious smile anymore, but it will always live on in my memory. My deepest sympathy's to Paul and his family, you are all in my prayers.

To the Wilson family- I went to school with Peter and Paul. I have never met two more charming brothers in my life. Peter will be greatly missed. He was truly someone great.

There are no words to express the sorrow that I have in my heart.  I can only say that Peter brightened the world with his smile, his voice, his kindness and his love.  I am a better person for having known him.  Mrs. Wilson - you raised the most amazing young men I have ever had the privelege to meet. Peter used to brighten my day every day when I was at NBMS. He has to be the kindest, sweetest person I have ever known.  My life is better because he was there, and I'm sure the world is better for him being in it.  He had the brightest smile and the sunniest disposition.  These two qualities are all the better because he was completely genuine.

Paul and the Wilson family, you are in my thoughts and prayers.  Peter was loved in this world, and he will be greatly missed.

I've know Peter and Paul since I was in middle school. They began as friends of my brother, Kyle, but both grew to be dear friends to my whole family. I loved to listen to them sing. They both were gifted with amazing singing voices! I desperately wished I could have been at the service, but I no longer live in New Braunfels. My condolences go out to Paul and the rest of the family. Peter will never be forgotten and he will remain in the hearts of many who he has touched.

I have only known Peter for a short while but in that short time he touched me in many ways!!! My deepest sympathy goes to Mrs. Wilson, Paul and Brian and the rest of his family and friends. I watched these boys turn into very respectable young men right be before my eyes. I had the pleasure of knowing Peter, Paul and Brian for a number of years. I always think of them when I see Tyler Perry, they were fans long before he was mainstream. We went to see him live and laughed for days afterward. I was blessed to know Peter, he had such a great outlook on life. I know that he is singing in Haven. My prayers are with you, Ms. Wilson, Brain and Paul.

Peter went to school with my daughter Katie. I fondly remember the twins as very sweet, kind, polite and always a joy to be around.  My deepest heartfelt sympathy goes out to the Wilson family.

I was probably Peter's first teacher (besides his mom) when he arrived in my Head Start classroom. I will never forget his excitement with all the new experiences he encountered. He was such a joy and now he is a treasure in Heaven.

To the Wilson Family, im so deeply sorry for your loss. I had the awesome pleasure of knowing all 3 of the Wilson boys. I remember working at Mr Gattis and the boys would always be walking over there to eat. I always let them eat for free cuz their smiles just melted my heart. I always let them keep their money to play the games. Mrs Wilson you raised all 3 boys to be bright respectful young men.  May God ease yalls pain during this difficult time. I only met Peter a few times briefly through a friend - but from these memories I remember that Peter was a charismatic, kind hearted, soulful and all round wonderful person and it was a pleasure to have known and shared such happy times with him.

Peter was a wonderful person, I considered him my adopted brother in the short time I worked with him at The Other Place. He made the job there something to look forward too and I loved working with him so much. We played little games like capture the water balloon while working. Peter was so charismatic, intelligent and witty - it was a blessing to have met such an inspirational man such as Peter. I will miss him terribly, and I will cherish the memories I made with him at The Other Place and at the D-pad. Yes, this is his Aunt Agnes M. Bennett. The Burt Bennett Family will not be able to attend my nephew's service although our hearts are fill with sadness , yet, at the same time it is filled with love for our nephew. I know he is in a better place and he is not in any pain. We thank God for the time we had with Peter. I did get to raise him and give him some advice when he would ask for it. He help raise my child, he and Paul showed him how to ride his little tricycle when he was three years of age. So, yes, our nephew will be missed but, not forgotten. I would like also take the time out to thank anyone who had anything to do with the help of my nephew going Home celebration. I hope and pray that all of you get back home safely. To the Wilson family, 

Words can never begin to repair the void that the loss of a child can create but with time the pain does ease.  Having lost a child as well, my wife and I know the hurt that you feel. I did not have the pleasure of knowing Peter for very long, but for the time I did it was a privelege.  I first met him as a customer and then just recently hired him to work for me.  From the moment I met him I saw a kindness and sincerity in him that is not in many people these days.  His character and the person he was is a testament to the life he lived and the love that his family showed and taught him.  Take pride and comfort in knowing that Peter was a person that people were better for knowing.
