Raquel S. Schmidt, age 75, of New Braunfels, Texas passed away on Tuesday, July 15, 2025. She was born to Guadalupe Suarez and Consuelo Martinez Suarez in New Braunfels, Texas October 21, 1949.

She is survived by her husband William T. Schmidt; granddaughter, Kaela Willy; sisters, Rosalva Sherrow and Yvonne Nutt and husband Jim; brother, Ricardo Suarez; sisters-in-law, Penny, Betty and husband Rick and Jackie; brothers-in-law, Steve and wife Cheryl, Pat Schmidt, Mike Schmidt, and John Schmidt and wife Olga. She is preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Vanessa Rae Willy; and brother, Louis Suarez.

A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 AM Friday, July 25, 2025 at Zoeller Funeral Home.
