Brad was a perfectionist when it came to caring for people and enjoyed his time as a doctor in New Braunfels. In his free time, he would let loose when participating in water sports, vacationing and spending time with friends and family.
He began pursuing music in retirement focusing primarily on guitar and piano.
He is survived by Colleen Rivas and her family who he considered his family and loved very much. Colleen and her family were always there in good and hard times. He felt blessed to be considered part of the Rivas Family.
Brad will be cremated, and no memorial ceremony will be held.
He is remembered for many thought processes, but the one he is most known for is, "the enemy of good is better". This is more profound than most would understand.
Brad was by no means perfect in his own words, but he was spiritual and accepted Jesus Christ as his lord and savior.
