

She was born in Stephenville, Texas on August 8, 2005 to Bradley Ray Campbell and Jenny Rebecca (Polay) Campbell. In her short life, she deeply touched the lives of everyone who knew her through her determined spirit, beautiful smile, and subtle humor. Despite many physical and developmental challenges, she bravely and courageously fought each illness and obstacle with all her might.
Tambryn was preceded in death by her grandfather, Billy R. Campbell and her big brother, Braden Campbell. She is survived by her parents, Brad and Jenny Campbell and her twin sister, Braelyn Campbell of New Braunfels, Texas; her paternal grandmother, Jean Post Campbell of New Braunfels, Texas; maternal grandparents, Marjorie and Michael Polay of Canyon Lake, Texas, aunts and uncles, Terri and Lee Agnello of New Braunfels, Texas, Bret and Robin Campbell of Brenham, Texas, and Bethann and Douglas Freitag of Shallowater, Texas; and many loving cousins.
A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 from 5:00pm-9:00pm at Zoeller Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, March 31, 2016 at 2:00pm at St. Paul Lutheran Church. Interment will follow at Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park.
Tambryn suffered from a rare neuromuscular disorder called Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA). All monies are tax deductible and will be used in supporting families affected by this devastating disease and in research directed to finding a cure.
