Tim took us under his wing when we took over The Jumpy Place in 2010. He helped build our business and he was an all around great guy. Heidi, our heart is broken for you. You and all of your family are in our prayers and please let us know if we can help you in any way.

Please accept my sincere condolences for the loss of Timothy. Psalms 34:18 says that God is near to those brokenhearted. Draw close to God and he will grant you peace & comfort during this grievous time.

My deepest condolences to the family. May God's future promises at John 5:28,29 of an earthly resurrection and Revelation 21:3,4 of no more suffering or death bring you comfort. Until that time comes, God assures us at Psalm 34:18 that he "is close to the brokenhearted" and "saves those who are crushed in spirit." So he understands your pain and grief and is eager to help you by giving you the strength you need to cope during this most difficult time. (Philippians 4:13)

As kids, I fondly recall a time when Tim, Jeff and I went to the Bourbonnais Caves to sled on an icy, snowy day. Somehow, I managed to slip through ice and fall into the ice cold Kankakee River up to my waist. Tim jumped into action and helped me out, but he also pulled me in the sled all the way back to my home over a mile away.

I will always remember this day and I am especially forever grateful for Tim’s help that day. Reading others’ comments, it is clear he continued to reflect positively on others’ lives.

Tim, may God grant you peace and grace forever more!

Heidi, you and Tim were always so good to our boys! They love you guys so much and the love was reciprocated by you both. Thank you so much for ALWAYS being there for our boys while they were growing up! I recall the time that you took them to the San Antonio Spurs Locker room! (The boys were so little back then) The absolutely enjoyed their time that day! I also recall Tim always joking around with both of the boys and Tyler and Tobie always loved being around him, even if it was just to help with things in the yard and I wasn't sure that they really helped with much (even though they did not like to help us) !! :) Tim will always have a special place in our hearts and thoughts. We truly enjoyed the time at you both spent with us at Celebration Church at Christmas time!! It was funny when you arrived and we discovered that you and I we wearing nearly the same type and color of dress even though we did not discuss our apparel... I know John and Tim thought they were in trouble cause we were so close as friends even though we were not directly across the street any more. Tim ALWAYS had something funny to say and that is what I loved about him... Thank you for always being there for our family. We truly miss being your neighbor but our friendship has grown exponentially through the years.

I am honored to be your friend and you are amazingly strong. I love you both and Tim will be missed a great deal. You can continue to call on me ANYTIME!

Rest peacefully Tim, you will always be in our prayers.

We love you Heidi!

"Teach me to do Your will, For You are my God; Let Your good Spirit lead me on level ground."
Psalms 143:10 (NASB)

Tim gave me my first job at Fox’s Pizza Den. I was one of his first employees and I stayed for over 2 years because he and his wife always made me feel welcomed. They gave me my first shot at adulthood and I enjoyed working for them. I have fond memories of laughter and good times. Tim’s presence and warming smile will be missed but never forgotten.

We left Kyle in the Spring of 2013 and Tim was the perfect example of the Simply Charming community of Kyle, Tx.

There are few folks in this World as giving as Tim. We live in North Texas now but the memory of our great friend remains. We won’t forget his name and the positive impact his spirt made on so many lives.

Take care brother Tim and we will see you again one day. May our Lord greet you with open arms

We love you,

Ray and Belinda Hernández
