She is survived by her parents Tino and Marilyn Costella, sister Gina Adrian, son Jarod Maxson and girlfriend Meagan Stovall, nephews Orry and Asa Adrian, and many loving cousins, aunts, and uncles.
Traci was born in San Antonio, TX on April 29th, 1969. She spent most of her childhood in Marion, Texas and participated in many activities as a young girl, including Girl Scouts and softball. In high school, Traci played the alto saxophone in the Marion High School band, she was a member of her high school dance team, ran track and set a record fast time, which was held for many years. She graduated from Marion High School in 1987. After high school, she furthered her education at Texas State University (formerly Southwest Texas State University) and earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in English Literature. In her adult life, she worked 24 years at Citibank, and the last few years at USAA.
Traci’s greatest accomplishment in life came on July 6th, 2000, when she gave birth to her loving son, Jarod Maxson. She spent many years on the sidelines watching him in various activities that included baseball and football. She never missed an activity. She was a wonderful, loving mother who never missed an opportunity to make happy memories with her son and friends. Jarod, like Traci, attended and graduated from Texas State University.
Some of her favorite things in life were spending time at the beach, cooking and experimenting with new recipes, reading, shopping, and spending time with family and friends. Traci had a young at heart quality, quick wit, and her beauty was not just in her appearance, but in her infectious laughter and generous spirit.
