Wilma Payne Seidel

Wilma Payne (Nance) Seidel, age 74, passed away peacefully on March 17, 2022, in San Antonio, Texas. She was born in New Braunfels on November 24. 1947 to Herschel Nance and Leila (Frye) Nance Boord. Payne attended New Braunfels High School. It was there that she met Marvin Seidel, Jr and married on February 27, 1965.

Payne is survived by her son, Kevin Seidel (Cindy), daughter, Lisa Kuehler (Ken) and son Michael Seidel (Tamara). Grandchildren, Tera Jerulle (Chad), Erin Rivera (Pablo), Ryan Thomason, Bayden Kuehler, Zachary Seidel and Adam Seidel. She also had numerous great grandchildren. Brother, Dannie Nance (Barbara), sisters-in-law, Janie Nance and Jill Seidel. Brother-in-laws Larry Seidel and Doug Seidel (Cheryl), stepsister Parthena Martin (Clint). Numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. Aunts, Birdie Karl (Curtis) and Callie Neely.

Payne is preceded in death by her loving husband, Marvin Seidel Jr, her parents, her in-laws, brother, Rannie Nance and brother-in-law, Harlen Seidel.

Public Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, at Zoeller Funeral Home from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Her funeral will be a private family ceremony. In lieu of flowers please send donations to the charity of your choice.
