Aleksander Grabowski

He was born in Poland, living in New Britain since 1964 and was a member of Sacred Heart Church. He was employed by Atlantic Tool and New Britain Machine for many years. He was a loving father and grandfather his greatest joy was being with his family and working in his garden. He had the touch, growing the best cucumbers and tomatoes ever.

He is survived by his daughter Barbara (& Peter) Eshoo, a son, Zdzislaw (& Krystyna) Grabowski, all of New Britain, his beloved grandchildren; Michael (& Jessica) Eshoo, Alex J. Addario, Anna Grabowski, Irene Morrison and Thomas (& Anna) Grabowski, his precious five great-grandchildren; Addison, Aiden & Ashton Eshoo, Alex & Maja Grabowski, a sister Maria Slaska & brother Stanislaw of Poland. Special nephew Wlodek Slaski & niece Joanna Peterson and many nephews & cousins of Poland. Predeceased by his wife Alina, of 59 years, daughter Yolanda and three siblings Alina, Tomasz & Slawek. The family would like to offer special Thank You to the staff of Angel Touch Agency to Tanya, Alina, Olek & Sonya for their exceptional care of Aleksander.

A time of visitation will be held Wednesday, June 1, 2016 from 8:30-9:30am at the New Britain Memorial Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home, 444 Farmington Ave., New Britain, followed by his funeral liturgy at 10AM in Sacred Heart Church. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
