Angela Pienkos

Angela A. (DelGaudio) Pienkos, 95, widow of Walter Pienkos, of Alstead, N.H. and formerly of New Britain, passed away on Friday, May 18, 2012 at the Genesis Health Care, Keene, NH with her family by her side. She was born in Hartford to the late Pasquale and Theresa (Cappiello) DelGaudio. She retired from Fafnir Bearing and had been a member of the Fafnir Seniors, the AUW Union and St. Ann Church.

A devoted mother and grandmother, she will be dearly missed by her daughter; Carol Ann Pienkos and her husband Peter White of Alstead, NH, and her grand daughter Lily White. She is also survived by her sister; Isabel Staib of West Hartford, a brother: William DelGaudio of West Hartford and many nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by four sisters and three brothers.

Funeral services will begin Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at 9:00am at the New Britain Memorial Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home, 444 Farmington Ave, New Britain, followed by the Funeral Liturgy at 10:00am in St. Ann Church. Entombment will follow in St. Mary Garden Mausoleum, New Britain. Visitation hours will be held TODAY, Tuesday, May 22, 2012 from 5-7pm at the funeral home.
