Bozena (Brodowska) Wisniewski, 49, of Kensington, beloved wife of Tomasz Wisniewski and mother of Emily and Susan Wisniewski, passed away peacefully at home on March 01, 2018, surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded by her father Jozef Brodowski of Poland. She was born in Bialystok, Poland to Jozef and Alina Brodowski. She graduated Tunxis Community College and was a parishioner of Sacred Church in New Britain. Prior to settling in Berlin, Bozena lived in New Britain. She started working at ENT Specialists for Dr. Gryboski from 1999 to 2012, then joined Hospital for Special Care in 2014. Bozena devoted her life to her family and raising her daughters. She enjoyed shopping, decorating her house, dancing, and spending time with her friends.
Besides her husband, daughters, and mother, she is survived by her brothers Zbigniew Brodowski, with his wife Bozena and their son Lukasz, Tomasz Brodowski, with his wife Malgorzata and their son Jacob, her aunt Honorata Rogozinski with husband Wlodzimierz, aunt Jadwiga Krolak with her daughter Katarzyna, her uncles Fr. Romuald Szubzda, Czeslaw Szubzda with family, and Antoni Szubzda with family, her aunts Lucyna Krzykowski with family, Regina Szubzda with family. Bozena is also survived by her mother in law Jadwiga Wisniewska, her sisters in law Daria Wisniewska and Marzena Banaszewska with her husband Jaroslaw and their children Krzysztow and Dorota. She leaves behind her cousins and family in Poland. She also will be dearly missed by her best friends Justyna Narel and Krystyna Swiderski with their families, as well as her many friends. Bozena was well liked for her kindness and sincere care for people, as well as her professionalism and commitment to work.
Her funeral procession will leave the New Britain Memorial-Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home, 444 Farmington Avenue Monday morning at 8:45 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30AM in Sacred Heart Church, New Britain. Interment will follow in the chapel at Sacred Heart Cemetery, New Britain, CT. Visiting hours will be Sunday from 3-6 PM.
