Charlie was an outstanding person. He would always have a wonderful story. I was blessed to know him. We shared some cups of coffee together and breakfast every now and then at the Dunkin’ Donuts in Plantsville. He has enriched the world with his love for people. If you spoke with him once you felt like he knew him for a lifetime. He will forever be in my heart. His beauty will resonate through his family and all the people he touched. May God bless his soul. I will miss you forever.
