Diana Krzykowski

Following a lengthy battle of cancer, Diane Krzykowski, 63 of New Britain, CT passed away peacefully on June 17, 2025. She was surrounded by her family and loved ones. She was born on March 10, 1962, in New Britain, CT to Andrzej and Irena Szmondrowski. She was a graduate of New Britain High School and had a long and fulfilling career with the State of Connecticut Child Support Enforcement Bureau, where she was a Child Support Investigator. Diane's family and friends meant the world to her, she enjoyed basketball, playing Bingo, scratching her scratch tickets at her kitchen table, shopping with her twin sister Barbara, and spoiling her granddaughter Mariah. She is survived by her Mother, Irena Szmondrowski, Her loving husband, Andrew Krzykowski, Daughter, Michelle Krzykowski, Son, Scott Krzykowski, twin Sister and best friend, Barbara Szuba, Brothers, John and Henry Szmondrowski. Nieces, Jessica Szuba, and, Sheila and Christina Szmondrowski, Nephews, Michael Szuba, and John Jr. Szmondrowski, Great niece, Payton Roderick, Great nephew, Juwel Garcia, and last but not least, her pride and joy, Granddaughter, Mariah Burgos who she was so very proud of. She was preceded in death by her Father, Andrzej Szmondrowski, in-laws Mira and Stanley Krzykowski, and Brother-in-law, Bob Szuba.

Church services will be at Sacred Heart Church (please meet family directly at church),158 Broad Street, New Britain, CT, on Monday, June 23, 2025, at 9:30AM followed by where she will be laid to rest in Sacred Heart Cemetery 662 Burritt St. New Britain
