Ella Veneski Grocki

Ella (Veneski) Grocki, 91, of Farmington, died Monday, September 13, 2010 at the Arden Court in Avon. She was born in New Britain and was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Michaels)) Veneski. Mrs. Grocki retired from Hamilton Standard Co, lived in Farmington for most of her life and was a member of St. Patrick’s Church and Ladies Guild. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, her warm smile and kind and gentle ways will be missed and remember by all who knew her.

She was predeceased by her husband, Theodore Grocki and her brother Leo. She is survived by her devoted children, Christine Parker and her husband, Thomas of Avon and William Grocki and his wife, Vivian of Naugatuck. She is also survived by five beloved grandchildren who were her pride and joy, Glenn and Donald Grocki, Darlene Capanna, Mathew and Justin Parker. She leaves nine precious great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be on Thursday, September, 16, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the New Britain Memorial and Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home, 444 Farmington Ave. New Britain. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Calling hours will be on Wednesday, September 15th from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
