Francesca Salvatore

Francesca Salvatore, age 85, of Plantsville, Connecticut passed away on Sunday, October 17, 2021 with her family by her side. Francesca was born September 17, 1936 to Costanzo and Lucia (Trotta) Fabale in Campodipietra in the province of Campobasso, Italy. She met and married her husband Armando Salvatore before coming to the United States and settling in New Britain. She is survived by her three daughters Marie Grabowski of Southington, Lucy Bernatchy of Bristol, and Marisa Fiora of Southington, seven grandchildren; Amanda, Alyssa, Alexis, Mathew, Alycia, Gabrielle, Evan; five great-grandchildren, Noah, Grayson, Ariyah, Sophia, Mayla; Her brother Andre Fabale and wife Carmela and niece Mara and nephew Lucio whom she adored. Francesa was an amazing cook who loved to prepare meals for her family and friends. Anyone who had her cooking said was the best they ever had. She was an amazing mother who went above and beyond for her family. Francesca had a quick whit, and loved to sing around the house. She enjoyed watching soccer and game shows with her late husband Armando. She will forever be missed by her family and live on in our hearts.

A internment services will take place at St. Mary's Cemetery will occur Thursday, October 21, 2021 at 11:45 AM at St Mary Cemetery, 1309 Stanley St, New Britain, Connecticut 06051.
