Frank Dombroski Jr.

Frank Dombroski Jr., 77 of Prospect passed away on Sunday, August 30, 2025. Born in New Britain, October 8, 1947 to the late Frank and Rose(Golanski) Dombroski, he graduated from Newington High School, class of 1965. Frank loved his family, they gave him great joy, especially his grandson. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and hiking. Frank proudly served his country in the U.S.Navy for four years, stationed in Charleston, SC on two submarine tenders, Gilmore and Orian. He retired from Honeywell as a service systems specialist, was an active member of the Prospect Gun Club and Trout Unlimited. He had many friends and loved to laugh. He would often say, "Life is an adventure, this is as good as it gets"

He is survived by his beloved wife Valerie (Lessard) Dombroski, daughter; Jessica DiNola, son-in-law Roy and grandson Frank T. DiNola. He was predeceased by a daughter; Joyce Dombroski a sister; Nancy Dombroski.

Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Thursday, September 4, 2025 from 8:30am-9:30am at New Britain Memorial-Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home, 444 Farmington Ave., New Britain. A Mass of Christian burial will follow at 10:00am at Sacred Heart Church, 158 Broad St. New Britain. Burial will be at Sacred Heart Cemetery, New Britain.
