Jacqueline Marie Bosse

It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of our beloved mother Jacqueline Marie (Sirois) Bosse on December 16, 2025. She was born in Lille Maine to Edward and Josephine Sirois. Jackie was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a stay at home mom and a caregiver for all generations of her family. Her family will miss the kindness and selflessness she showed everyone. She always saw the best in everyone and always gave them the benefit of the doubt.

She is survived by three daughters, Gail McDermott of New Britain, Sharon Goetjen and husband Scott of Simsbury and Carol Bosse-Pitman and husband Bruce of East Hampton, two grandchildren Nikki Seymour and husband Josh, Evan Goetjen three great-grandchildren Noelle, Landon and Somaya. She is also survived by her sister Gertrude Turek. She also leaves many loving nieces and nephews.

Jackie is predeceased by her husband of 65 years Lawrence Bosse.

five brothers and one sister, grandson Randy McDermott and dear friend Fran Ostrout.

We would like to thank her caregivers throughout the past few years especially Irina and Ulya.

Calling Hours will be held at New Britain Memorial Funeral Home on Friday December 19, 2025 from 5PM to 7PM. A brief gathering will be held at the Funeral Home on Saturday December 20, 2025 from 9:30AM to 10PM. Funeral Liturgy will be held Saturday December 20, 2025 at St Jerome Church 1010 Slater Rd, New Britain at 10:30AM. Interment Service will be held immediately afterwards at St Mary Cemetery, 1141 Stanley St, New Britain.
