

Joe attended local schools, he was a private and gifted artist, whose love and talent of art was expressed both in painting and carving. He has gifted many of his pieces to his family and friends and his talent will remain with them forever.
He will be remembered and missed by his brother and sister-in-law, Czeslaw and Anna Kozlowski, and his sisters and brothers-in-law: Krys and Andrew Szczypinski, Val and William Walder. He is also survived by his niece and her husband, Heidi and Michael Frakl, nephews: Andrew Kozlowski, Thomas and his wife, Kelly Jo, Kozlowski and his great nephew and godson, SImon Frakl.
Calling hours will be on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM with a memorial service at 6:00 PM at the New Britain Memorial-Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home, 444 Farmington Ave. New Britain Directions: I-84 take a right at the exit 37, funeral home is 1 1 /2 miles on your right.
Private burial will be on Wednesday, May 6th at Sacred Heart Cemetery.
