Judith Ann Tufano

Judith A. (DeSorbo) Tufano of Jupiter, FL and Plainville, CT, beloved wife of Patrick Tufano Jr., passed away on April 25, 2015 after a long illness. Judy was born in Bristol, CT to the late Angelina (Pugliese) and Vito DeSorbo.

She was predeceased by her children, twins Gail and Paul. Judy devoted her life to raising her three children who are left to mourn her loss, Jeffrey and his wife Sarah of Farmington, CT, Bob and his wife Diane of Newington, CT and David and his wife Susy of Orange, CT. Judy leaves her sister, Patty Carlucci and her husband Len of Jupiter, FL. She also leaves her sister in-law Linda Faloutico and her husband Ralph of Jupiter, FL and brother in-law Joseph Tufano and his wife Marlene of New Britain, CT. Judy will be dearly missed by her nine grandchildren whom she cherished Margaux, Haley, Patrick, Ryan, Taylor, Adriana, Gabe, Corrianne and Nick. She leaves many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Judy’s strength and courage throughout her illness was an inspiration to all.

A Memorial Mass will be on Friday May 15, 2015 at 10:00 am at St. Ann Church, 101 North St., New Britain, CT. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, New Britain. The New Britain Memorial-Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home, 444 Farmington Ave., New Britain is in charge of arrangements.
