Maria Lourdes Arroyo, 81, beloved wife of Elard Arroyo passed away peacefully on Monday, September 15, 2025. She was born April 11, 1944 in Arequipa, Peru a daughter of the late Humberto and Angelica (Soto) Escudero. Until her retirement Maria was a teacher's assistant with the New Britain Board of Education.
Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Tuesday, September 23 from 12noon - 1pm at the New Britain Memorial-Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home, 444 Farmington Ave., New Britain. A funeral service will follow at 1pm. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
