Michelle L. Kupinski

Michelle Lynn Kupinski, 36 of Middletown died unexpectedly on Monday, April 9, 2012. She was born in Hartford, graduated from Rocky Hill High School and attended CCSU; she played with the Rocky Hill HS Soccer and Tennis Teams and loved skiing. She is most remembered for her humor, kindness and great love for her family and friends.

She is survived by her beloved son, Daniel Mandigo; her parents, Deborah Wider of Shutesbury, MA and her father, Matthew Kupinski and his wife, Darlene of Canton; her sister CPT Nicole Marie Longoria and her husband, CW2 Joe Longoria, US Army and her nephew, Brandon.

She leaves her partner, Troy Mandigo, her best friend, Tara Heffernon. She leaves her paternal grandmother, Maria Kupinski of New Britain, and her maternal grandparents, Art and Carol Wider of Newington. She leaves a special aunt and uncle, Danuta and Ed Mullen of Rocky Hill, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be on Friday April 13, 2012 at 8:30 AM at the New Britain Memorial Sagarino Funeral Home, 444 Farmington Ave. New Britain followed by the funeral liturgy at 9:30 AM at Sacred Heart Church.

Calling hours will be on Thursday, April 12, 2012 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at the Funeral Home, (Directions Exit 37 off I-84 take a right at the exit, 1 ½ miles on your right).
