Richard Wai-Chung Ho, 68, of New Britain, passed away on May 4, 2017. He was born in Shanghai, China, son of the late Tin-Yen Ho and Chow-Chun Fang. He arrived in US in 1968. He was introduced to Tumble Brook Country Club by Mr. Andy Mandell and was a chef there for 30 years. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Angelina (Chai) Ho, daughters Vivienne Ho of Philadelphia, PA and Jennifer Ho of Boston, MA, and sisters Leng-Mui Ho Shum and her husband Wing-Po Shum of Brooklyn, NY and Ling-Fung Ho Chan and her husband David Win-Lee Chan of Hong Kong. Funeral services will be Monday May 8, 2017 at 11AM at the New Britain Memorial-Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home, 444 Farmington Avenue, New Britain, CT 06053. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery, 453 Fairfield Avenue, Hartford, CT 06114. A visiting hour at the funeral home will precede the service from 10-11AM.
