Tomasz Witkowski, 43, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 27, 2025. He was born October 30, 1972 in Hartford, CT a son of the late Eugeuniusz and Regina (Lubomski) Witkowski. Tom worked at Eli Cannon's Pub in Middletown.
