William C. Eltman Sr.

He was predeceased by his loving wife, Lucy.

Bill proudly served in the US Navy and had been employed by the City of New Britain. He will be remembered for his love of family and fishing.

He is survived by two sons; William Eltman of New Britain and Richard Eltman and his wife Cecelia of Berlin. He also leaves his grandchildren, Eric Eltman of New Britain, Jeffery Eltman of Plainville, David King of Bristol, Kevin King and Kaitlyn King, both of Berlin; and his honorary granddaughters Kaitlyn LaChapelle and Amy Tytula; great grandchildren, Adrianna Eltman; Eric and Gabe Eltman; Emily LaChapell and Brianna Eltman. He is also survived a sister; Mona Clites and sister in law: Arleen Eltman, both of PA and a brother, Draper Eltman of Ohio. He also leaves special extended family, Faith Eltman, Samantha Hall and Nicole Rebstead.

Funeral services will begin Thursday, June 30, 2016 at 9:00 am from the New Britain Memorial-Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home, 444 Farmington Ave. New Britain, followed by the funeral liturgy at 10:00 AM St. Ann Church, New Britain. Burial will be at the St. Mary Cemetery.
