Cezario Fijor passed away peacefully in his home on July 22, 2019. He was born in Ponta Grossa, Brazil on November 25, 1953, to Alexander and Maria Fijor. He married the love of his life Celia on December 24, 1977. He worked as the owner and operator of C.F. Construction, and was a master craftsman. Cezario truly lived life to the fullest, through simple pleasures such as family and friends. Cezario had an unmatched ability to reach people in a deep and loving manner.
He is survived by his wife Celia of 41 years, his children Ricardo (Monica) Fijor, Simone (Sean) Kindness, Adalberto Fijor, grandchildren Dylan, Julia, Ian, Laila, Gaige, Arya and Arianna; as well as many loving nieces and nephews, and extended family. Cezario was a loving husband, father, grandfather to everyone.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 25th from 6-9pm; at Michael J Higgins Funeral Home, 321 South Main St. New City, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on June 26th at 10am; at St. Augustine Church, 140 Maple Ave. New City, NY. Interment to follow at St. Anthony Cemetery.
