Dennis P..Rizzuto passed away on September 2, 2010. He was born in the Bronx to Robert and Ann Rizzuto on September 9, 1944. Dennis has been a New City resident since 1988 prior to Flushing, Queens. He worked as an audio visual consultant for over 40 years. Dennis was the Rockland County Commissioner for the Boy Scouts of America during the 1990's, an avid outdoors men and a car enthusiast. Dennis was a devoted and loving husband, father, and grandfather who's greatest joy came from being with his family. Dennis is survived by his wife Roseann, sons Scott and wife Emilia of St. Louis, MO, and Nicholas of Queens, and grandson Samuel. Family will receive friends on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9PM at Higgins Funeral Home, New City. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday 11:30AM at St. Anthony's Church, Nanuet, NY. A private cremation will follow.
