Dolores was kind, intelligent and dedicated to her husband, family, friends and her students. To know her was to love her. Her smile and laugh were infectious and her beautiful voice blessed the St. Boniface choir (Monsey, NY) and St. Therese of Lexieux (Montauk, NY) for many years. She inspired her children, grandchildren (Brendan Barile (Ciara), Catherine Barile, Colin Barile; Shane Drumm (Lana) , Kelsey Drumm; Kyle Drumm & Liam Drumm, nieces, nephews & Godchildren to be like her: caring and generous.
She & her husband of 65 years were inseparable and loved to play golf, dance and travel both domestically and abroad but loved Montauk most of all! They left their home of 33 years in Monsey, NY for homes they built in Montauk & The Villages, Florida. Dolores lived in Little Egg Harbor since 2015 and leaves behind a heart broken husband & family that treasured her immensely. She is predeceased by her sisters Ann Mulligan & Mary Patricia Power as well as her brother Charles Bohan. Also departed were her nephews George Mulligan & Brian Power and her niece Patti Ann Power. Her unwavering faith will give those that love her solace at this time, Psalm 73-26: “My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.”
