Dominic E. Perez passed away on Thursday, December 9, 2010 at the age of 88. Dominic was born on November 19, 1922 in Dobbs Ferry, NY. He proudly served his country during WWII in the US Army Corp. of Engineers. Dominic was a lifelong Machinist/Tool and Die Maker and worked for over 50 years at multiple companies including Anaconda, Ford Motor Co., and General Motors. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Nuccia (Anne); his daughter Maria Miller, and her husband Steve, of NJ; his son Joseph, and his wife Janis, of PA; he will be missed dearly by his grandchildren Justin, Bryan, Matthew and Kevin. Visiting hours will be on Sunday December 12 from 2- 4 & 7- 9 at Higgins Funeral Home in New City, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, December 13 at 11:30 am at St. Anthony's Church in Nanuet, NY. Entombment will follow at Ferncliff Cemetery Association in Hartsdale, NY.
