Donald J. Kruger

Donald John Kruger, Congers, NY, 61, passed away on July 25, 2016 surrounded by the arms of his loving family. He was born in Brooklyn, NY, to the late Charles E and Emelia Kruger and married the love of his life, Linda Chazan, on November 1st, 1986. He left behind his only son and pride and joy, Donald Jr and is survived by his sisters, Carol DeBock and her husband Mark and Laurie Amato and her husband Sal. He has also left behind his Aunts, Linda Figliolia and her husband John, and Angelina Anatriello; mother and father in law, Bertha and John Chazan, brother in laws Rich Chazan and his wife Lisa, Ed Chazan and his wife Maryann, nieces and nephews, Linday, Calli, Matthew, Justin, Amanda, Cameron, Brandon, Justin, Christina and Ryan, many cousins and friends who loved him dearly. Don loved spending time with family, music, reading, days at the beach, and the Dodgers. He worked at Spectra Laboratories, Rockleigh, NJ for over 20 years and was beloved by all. His beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of his family and friends.

Family will receive friends Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9PM at Higgins Funeral Home New City. Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday 10Am St. Paul’s Church Congers, NY. Private Cremation will follow.
