Edward J. McCool passed away on March 7, 2012. He was 84 years old. Edward was born on July 24, 1927 in Spring Valley, NY to John and Anna (Miklos) McCool. He proudly served our country in the United States Army. He worked as a meat cutter for A&P in Park Ridge, NJ. Edward is survived by the love of his life, Doris; his adored children and cherished grandchildren. Family will receive friends on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 at Higgins Funeral Home in New City, NY. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, 10am, St. Aedan's Church followed by interment at St. Anthony's Cemetery, Nanuet, NY.
