I know today and everyday is hard to be without Geri.She was such a great part of our lives.I miss her every day..what a Great Lady and truly the best nurse

Geri,   Always made me feel welcome at all the McCabe gatherings and I always enjoyed our time together with family.

HI McCabe Family! I am writing this with a tear in my eye and a HUGE smile on my face, My memories of Geraldine are Kieran's AMHS parties in the backyard of that one of a king A frame house in New City. BIG JIM was happy we were there but Geraldine was a cautious but WELCOMING HOSTESS!  When I became a MOM Geraldine was there somehow someway with my 3 children. Whether there when I was in labor and my Mom Liz her Boss was beside her and I recall Geraldine saying to me in her brogue "COME ONE PAT IT'S NOT THAT BAD, YOU'VE GOT THIS" or when she came to visit me in my room after looking at my baby and she said with that beautiful smile... "PAT LOOK WHAT YOU DID!" She was and always will be a one of a kind lady, Mom, and a fabulous NURSE :)  Dying is a death that doesn't seem real. Memories are love that no one can steal. Rest in peace Geraldine..you made your mark here to all of us . Love, Pat and John Lennon (well John didn't write this but OK)

Geri was truly one of a kind. As a new L&D nurse she was chosen to precept me and she dreaded the job!!!!  Oh god another new nurse!   Well that feeling didn’t last long once she realized I could type!!!   Geri along with a few others truly shaped me into the nurse I am today.
