A visitation for Eugene will be held Monday, February 24, 2025 at 9:00 AM at Michael J. Higgins Funeral Service Inc., 321 South Main Street, New City, NY 10956. Following the visitation will be a committal service at 11:30 AM at St. Francis of Assisi's Church, 128 Parrott Rd, West Nyack, NY 10994.
