Frances Francella

Frances “Cookie” Francella of Congers passed away peacefully on March 25, 2024 at the age of 76. She is survived by her Husband Ralph Francella, Son Ralph Francella Jr (Elyse Rose) and two daughters Dina Simon (Scott) and Kristy Francella. Also her loving sister Suzanne Di Vincenzo and her 6 amazing grandchildren (Giana, Danielle, Nicholas, Allison, Katelyn, and Julia). Frances was born in the Bronx to Enrico and Petrina on June 18, 1947. She married Ralph in September of 1975. She married Ralph in September of 1975.

She was an avid bingo player and worked the bingo halls around Rockland for many years. Mostly at St. Ann's in Nyack. She was a loving mother and grandmother who cherished her time with family especially with her grandchildren who all have made her very proud.

Visiting will be held Friday April 12 from 4-8PM at Michael J. Higgins Funeral Home located at 321 S Main St. New City NY 10956. The Funeral Mass will be held Saturday April 13 at 11:30AM at St Paul's Church located at 82 Lake Rd. Congers NY 10920.

In lieu of Flowers donations can be made to Hospice of Rockland or any charity of your choice.
