George A. Psychas, 58 of New City, NY died on July 31st, 2012 after a long battle with cancer. Devoted father and husband, George is survived by his loving wife Denise and his three cherished daughters, Tricia, Leanne and Courtney.
George was a hardworking man who loved his job, working as an Account Executive in the Food Industry for the past thirty-six years. With a caring nature and charismatic charm, he touched the lives of everyone he met. George was an avid sports fan. You would find him in his favorite recliner watching the Yankees and the Jets. His favorite hobbies included fishing, model trains, and being outdoors. He epitomized the role of husband and father and truly was Spartacus.
Service will be held at Higgins Funeral Home in New City, NY on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9PM. Friday Service is at 10AM at the Funeral Home. Burial will be private. In Lieu of Flowers the family request donations to be made in George A.
