Dear Dinelli Family,

I just found out this week that Gloria passed away. Your mom and I always spoke on September 11th, since we were together that day. Every year I call her and we catch up on the previous year. Every year I dread that I might call her and no one will be on the other end. Unfortunately, that's just what happened this year. I called only to find that her phone had been disconnected. A quick google search led me to this page. It is with a very heavy heart that I write this. Your mom was so very special to me. We used to work together at Ladenburg and she was always like a Grandma to me. She always had a kind word and words of wisdom for me. I am so sorry that I am just finding this out now and could not pay my respects to Gloria and the rest of the family in person. May she rest in peace!

I am not sure if anyone is reading these but have to write to you of what a great person Gloria was. I just found out about her passing and am so sad. I was fortunate to have worked with Gloria at Ladenburg and she made the place a lot easier to work at everyday and especially during stressful times. She always knew how to cheer me up and make me laugh every single day. She was the first face to see when you got off the elevators and it just brightened everyone's day!!! To whoever is reading this I know you already know this about her but wanted to express my love and to say how lucky I was to have had Gloria in my life.

Your Mom was so special to me and I loved her very much.  I'm sorry I couldn't be there in person with you but please know that you're in my thoughts, my heart, and my prayers.  Love, JoAnn
