Isabella Bruno

Isabella (D’Andrea) Bruno, beloved wife, mother, and Nonna (grandmother) died peacefully at home surrounded by her loving children, Doreen (Thomas) O'Brien, Patricia (Richard) Cocchieri, Maryann (John) DiPietro, and Robert (Valerie) Bruno. She was 76. Isabella is survived by her brother Valentino, and sisters Anna and Paolina. She is being welcomed home to Heaven into the arms of those who preceded her: her loving husband Frank, her parents: Gilberto and Rose, and a granddaughter, Ashley Rose. Isabella is the cherished Nonna to Joseph, Matthew, Kaitlyn, Kristen, and Taylor O'Brien, Richard and Brittany Cocchieri, Michael, Nicholas, and Daniela DiPietro, and Samantha, Gianna, Frankie, and Ayla Bruno. She is the mother-in-law to Thomas O'Brien, Richard Cocchieri, John DiPietro, and Valerie (Nigro) Bruno. Visiting hours are Monday 2-4 and 7-9pm at Higgins Funeral Home in New City. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Tuesday, 11:30 am, at the Church of St. Augustine, New City, NY. Burial to follow at the Frederick W. Loescher Veterans Cemetery, Brick Church Rd., New Hempstead, NY. She will be greatly missed
