Does not seem possible that five years have passed already.  Joe's infectious wry humor is what I will always remember him for, may his memory be a blessing to all who knew him.

Joe....A true friend, a mentor and great person. You will always have a special place in my heart!!

Joe was a truly great man.  Actually to many at Chrysler he was a legend.   We crossed paths many times in our long carreers, and even as contractors after retirement.   It was always a pleasure to be around him.  His knowledge and wisdom benefited all.  My deepest condolences go out to his family and loved ones.  Rest in peace and rise in glory Joe!

Joe was a very special man.  A great father and friend to many.   He always made you smile.  We were so sorry to hear of his passing.   Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family, especially his wife who will miss him so very much.  Speedy recovery for the family from the Coronavirus. 

I remember working with Joe on some buy-back cases in the NY zone. He was a very professional guy and enjoyable to work with. We won most and lost a few as well. RIP Joe your not be forgotten here.🌺😎

Joe was a truly great guy. He was very instrumental in helping me early in my career in the 1970's and we remained friends throughout the years. He will live on in the hearts and minds of so many people that he influenced so positively. Rest in Peace my friend!

This news saddens me to the core. Joe, I didn't know you very long. Maybe a few months when I was enjoying my time playing with you guys in the band. I got to know you as a real gentleman, a good husband and father and grandfather, an excellent musician, and a lot of fun to hang out with. I will miss you and will always remember what we had together with the band. Rest in peace old friend. And rock on. If you believe in forever then life is just a one night stand. I am profoundly sorry for your loss. Since I work nights we would chat and shoot the breeze quite frequently when I would come home or do errands during the day. What a gentleman, and I know he was over the moon about his grandson. He always said he had a new appreciation of motherhood and the challenges of raising kids. I am so glad that he had the time that he had with his grandson.

It's hard to comprehend sitting here to write this. I once gave a card to my wife, Holly that said "Each life affects another!" That describes Joe to a "T". Joe had the unique position in life to have an impact on so many others. It was not a responsibility that he took lightly. My life is significantly better as a person for knowing Joe Carpentieri. I had the opportunity to not only work with Joe but to also call him my friend. Those times, even during the most trying times for the company, were some of the best of my life. To Cindy, Cindy, Joseph and Michael; you have the memories that will bring you comfort and beyond the tears, years of smiles. RIP Joe, you will be missed by many. But you will be remembered! Joe was a legend; direct, funny, charming and SO smart; he was always willing to help you at any time; we worked in different Zones--Phila/NY-for Chrysler but we talked all the time about customer related issues and how to handle them; he was a true mentor to me; I will miss him ; rest well my friend; I am certain you are with the angels. I had the pleasure of working with Joe and Mike many years ago at Ricks.  After the boys moved on, Mr. Carpentieri would occasionally  come in for take out. He would fill me in on grandchildren, weddings and band schedules. He lit up when he spoke about his family. My heart goes out to all of you during this difficult time.

"He who lives in the hearts of others will never truly be gone".  When I walked into Chrysler Corporation more than 40 years ago I had no idea I would meet one of my dearest friends.  We worked together for more than 25 years; you were a great teacher, a great boss, and a great friend.  Your door was always open for any of us who needed your help. You provided us with laughter, support, and field cars during the good times and the not so good times.  We shared our lives;  your love and devotion to your family inspired us all.  You have given us fond memories we will carry with us for the remainder of our lives.  My hearts and prayers are with your family during this difficult time.  R.I.P.
