

Moloney, Margie passed away on Saturday, July 9, 2016. Margie was born in the Bronx on February 21, 1942. She was predeceased by her loving husband William "Bill" Moloney. She was born one of four sisters, Eileen Henderson (Tom), Sheila Flanagan (Frank), and Colleen Theret (Terry), to John and Elizabeth Cannon. Margie was a devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother, aunt, and took great joy in her family. She is survived by her beloved daughters, Eileen McMaster (Greg) of Geneseo, NY, Noreen Moloney of Atlanta, GA, AnneMarie Romeo (Nick) of New City, NY. Her pride and joy were her five grandchildren, Bridget and Billy McMaster of Geneseo, NY and Nicky, Tyler, and Danny Romeo of New City, NY. She is also survived by her brother-in-law John Dillon, sister-in-law Eileen Moloney, and brother-in-law Kevin Moloney (Patti). She was beloved by many nieces and nephews, godchildren and their children. Margie was an administrative assistant for many years, but truly was a career mom and always put her family first. She took great pride in her family and supported them in everything they did. Margie was a resident of Rockland County for 48 years. She was an active volunteer for Catholic Charities. As a member of St. Francis of Assisi Parish she was involved in the Prayer Shawl Ministry and Seniors group. Reposing Tuesday, July 12, 2016 from 1-3pm and 6-8pm, at Michael J. Higgins Funeral Home, 321 S. Main St., New City, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at 10am at St. Francis Church, West Nyack, NY, with interment to follow at St. Anthony's Cemetery, Nanuet, NY.
