She and Ron raised their two sons, John and Ed in New City, where she worked for the Clarkstown Schools for 24 years with her dear friend Joan Lockwood. They inspired generations of New City middle school students with their love and humor.
She loved Ireland, Maine, chocolate cake, and her friends and family. Most of all, she was a dear friend, mentor, advisor, and was always there for anyone who needed her. For her there were no strangers, but only friends she hadn’t met yet. She will be greatly missed.
