Michael T. Ricci of Congers NY, passed on suddenly on June 25, 2020. He came into the world on May 1, 1979, born to Virginia and Tonino Ricci, was raised in New City, and was a lifelong resident of Rockland. He graduated from Clarkstown South High School and Rockland Community College. Michael married Marina Vinokur in 2008. Their son, Jayden Michael, was the apple of Michael's eye! Michael was a loving, attentive, patient, hands-on father who adored his son; they were buddies. He was an avid fan of the Giants and Yankees - and NASCAR. Michael was an avid collector, and was well respected in the toy community as a podcaster and loyal friend. He was lovingly known as "NY Mike." Billiards was more than recreational - Michael captained several teams at Diamond Jim's in Nanuet, and their Regionals victories took them several times to the Las Vegas finals.
Michael is survived by his parents, Tony and Virginia (née Lisanti); his young son, Jayden, and wife, Marina; his sister, Maria Lucia Fiero, and her children Giovanni and Isabella; his brother, Christopher Ricci. He is also survived by his Aunt/Godmother Francine Sledgianowski; cousins Andrew, Laurie, and Lisa; his Aunt Elisa Vasil and Uncle Michael, and Cousins Amanda, Michael, and Jason; his Aunt Olga Ricci and Uncle/Godfather Joseph; Cousins Peter Ricci, his wife Donna, and sons Daniel and Andrew; Nancy Ricci-Cohen, her husband Chris, and daughter Erin; Angela Ricci-Crook, her husband Robert, and sons Brayden and Connor; our extended family and close friends.
