Nicholas J. Capozzoli Jr. passed away at his home on January 21, 2012. He was 76 years old. Nicholas was born on February 21, 1935 to Nicholas J. and Sally (Chimeri) Capozzoli in Roosevelt, NY. He was a Lawyer in New York City for most of his life and loved his profession. He was also a United Sates Veteran. Nicholas is survived and will be missed by his loving wife, Jeanne (Johnson), as well as his family and friends. Nicholas requested a private cremation as the end of his disposition.
