Uncle Sonny,   I am waiting to see you with a cup of coffee. I don't believe your not with us. It's much easier to pretend your  isolating from covid than face the reality.  We have  so much to share with you, but somehow I know your beaming already from ear  to ear with that impish grin.


Ralph was my golf, card playing and social events pal, as he was for Paul and Joe.  When we had an hour drive to the golf course I would ask him something about one of his friends or even a house we just                past and 50 minutes later, as he was about to finish up his answer I would thank him for making the trip seem shorter.  He would get a kick out of that.

He was a great buddy. We will all miss him tremendously.



My deepest sympathy to the Lombardi family for your loss.
I remember Ralph (Sonny) very well.
I worked in the Union office from 1970 thru 1978, he was always a gentlemen with a big smile.

Esther and Kristie, so sorry to hear of Sonny's passing. Been thinking of him and his smile each day. He was a great and unique guy. We'll miss his easygoing and happy candor. Always loved his stories about the family and the old days. Thankfully he's safe in God's hands now!  Love Phil & Blue
